Invitation for Open Tender

  1. The Republic of the Union of Myanmar has received a Grant from Federal Republic of Germany (KfW Bank) through its Department of Rural Road Development (DRRD) under Ministry of Construction towards the cost of Rural Road Rehabilitation Programme (RRRP) in Kalay Township.
  2. The DRRD invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following Causeway work contracts;

Lot3 Nat Myaung and Mhanlone Crossings
  1. LWCC (Low Water Crossing multi cells Culvert)
  2. Single carriageway of 6 meter width
  3. Nat Myaung’s LWCC total length is 210 meter
  4. Mhanlone’s LWCC total length is 119 meter

Kalay Township of Sagaing Region
  1. Procurement will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding Procedures and under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and following the KfW Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and Associated Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries (KfW procurement guidelines - August).
  2. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2 pm, September 14, 2018.
  3. This invitation is open to all bidders.
